Delivered a scalable product under stakeholders pressure to produce revenue in short-term
Faced with the need for a second scalable custody version, I identified the pains of highly technical users and conducted a market benchmark, discovering that the regulated custody market was saturated. The team estimated 6 months for a full solution, but given the context, I proposed, alongside development and design, a simplified version of the product that we could deliver in 2 months. This proposal, called the Governance Gateway, connected regulated custodians with our treasury management without needing to handle the private key. I presented the solution to stakeholders, aligned expectations, and gained their support and approval to prioritize this MVP and generate short-term revenue. Meanwhile, we continued developing the long-term custody solution as part of our mid-term strategy.
